The Overview
WellEasy is an online membership grocery store with a difference. It provides access to over 1,500 healthy and organic foods at wholesale (and counting).
When a startup grow fast take with it some missing due to the scale. We focus mainly on tracking events that doesn't fits at all with Shopify platform and marketing campaign as well.
The Solution
We went into the settings, and normalised double events, wrong and missing trackings funnel steps and events in the customer journey. If we have a gap when tracking our data in our shop, we'll never understand what is working correctly and it doesn't.
